The DOÑA FILOMENA APARTELLE is a Spanish Colonial inspired
furnished Studio Apartment located in the heart of Historic Cebu. It
is near the 1730 Jesuit House on Zulueta Street near Logarta. The other
immediate neighbors are the Yap-Sandiego House and the Casa Gorordo Musuem.
The Dona Filomena is walking distance to the Santo Niño Basilica,
the Cathedral, Fort San Pedro, as well as the Museo Sugbo, Cathedral
Museum, Sto. Nino Museum, and Fort San Pedro Museum. It is the ideal
location for those who wish to sightsee in Old Cebu or religious pilgrims
who
wish to visit the Santo Nino Basilica.

The Dona Filomena Apartelle is a spacious studio apartment, 65 square meters,
with wood parquet floors, two balconies, in front and in the back. The Apartelle
has areas that serve as living room, dining room, and bedroom. The Apartelle
is nonsmoking;
guests may smoke outside. There is 24-hour security.
The Apartelle is air conditioned; it has a refrigerator, microwave, hot water pot, and shower water heater. It has two single beds and a divan to accommodate three guests comfortably. An extra bed can be set up to accommodate a fourth guest, for an additional $15. The Apartelle does not have TV. We can assist guests who bring a laptop to have Wi-Fi connection. Otherwise, the closest internet place is half a block on Logarta. The closest market is Gaisano on Colon.Taxis are easily available on M.J. Cuenco or Mabini Streets. The closest restaurants are Elysa’s Café (near the Heritage Monument) and AA Barbecue (across Fort San Pedro). The airport is 30 minutes away by taxi. SM Mall (Reclamation) and Ayala Malls are only a few minutes away by taxi.
The Apartelle is available for a minimum 3 night stay at $60 per night for up to 3 guests. The Apartelle may be rented long term at $700 per month; tenant pays for electricity and water; there is a one-month deposit for long term guests. Advance payment is requested. Check in is 2 p.m., check out is noon.
