503) GENUINE MALACHITE ROSARY FROM JERUSALEM -
This rosary is made of genuine malachite beads, measuring
approx. 6mm each. The necklace part measures 23 inches long;
and the dangling part from the center medal to the tip of
the cross is another 5 1/2inches. The rosary weighs 33.2 grams.
The brass Cross and Center Medal are quite handsome. Some
beads have slight variation in color. The color of this malachite
is a forest green, more like jade. Folklore says malachite
has powers including:prrotection, power, peace, love, and
success in business. It can detect impending danger, and is
assumed to break into pieces when danger is near. It is the
