52) ROSARY AND CASE - PINK CRYSTAL AND OUR LADY HOLDING JESUS - This is a very lovely set! The small rosary has vibrant pink crystal beads. The Center Medal and Cross are very handsome. The necklace part measures 19 inches and the dangling part is 4 1/2 inches. The rosary holder is oval in shape with the image of Our Lady holding Baby Jesus on top. The rosary fits nicely in the metal holder and will make a memorable gift! $85

 

   

53) RUBY RED OR GARNET COLORED CRYSTAL AND SOLID STERLING SILVER ROSARY - This is a beautiful rosary! The red colored crystals are much deeper and richer in color and the beads brighter and more vibrant. Each bead measures approx. 10mm. The necklace part measures approx. 27 inches; the dangling part from the Center Medal to the tip of the Cross is 6 1/2 inches. The rosary has a lovely weight of 46.6 grams. The Ave Maria Center Medal has elaborate etchings, very pretty, not showing. The handsome Cross has lovely details which are not showing well in the picture. There are angels at the ends of the Cross. The reverse of the Cross is inscribed, "Adveniat Regnum Tuum." The Center Medal, Cross and metal are unmarked but made of sterling silver. $250

 

   

54) NEW ROSARY AND CASE: BLACK CRYSTAL WITH OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE- This is a new rosary made of genuine black crystal beads and the metal is silver plated. It comes with a handsome black fliptop box with a picture inside of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Each bead measures approx. 6 mm. The necklace part measures approx. 26 inches; the dangling part from the Center Medal to the tip of the Cross is 7 1/4 inches. The Center Medal shows the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the reverse shows Jesus. The rosary weighs 25.5 grams. This is a beautiful and elegant rosary perfect for gift-giving. $39

 

   

55) GENUINE AMETHYST ROSARY FROM JERUSALEM - This rosary is made of genuine amethyst beads, measuring approx. 6mm each. The necklace part measures 26 inches long; and the dangling part from the center medal to the tip of the cross is another 6 inches. The rosary weighs 35.4 grams. Some beads have slight variation in color. The birthstone of February, the amethyst gemstone is said to have many powers including: dreams, healing, peace, love, spiritual upliftment, courage, psychism, protection against thieves, and happiness.

56) WEDDING SOUVENIER: NEW ROSARY AND CASE: CRYSTAL AND RHINESTONES- This is a new rosary, specifically made as a memorial or souvenir of a wedding. It is made of crystal and silver plate. It comes with a handsome white fliptop box with the image of a wedding couple inside. Each Ave Maria bead measures approx. 6mm. The Pater Beads are big with a ring of rhinestones surrounding them. The necklace part measures approx. 22 inches; the dangling part from the Center Medal to the tip of the Cross is 6 inches. The rosary weighs 21.2 grams. This is a beautiful and elegant gift for a bride and groom. $39

 

   

57) DECO 1920S-1930S RUBY RED CRYSTAL BRASS ROSARY - This is a handsome rosary made of blood red or garnet colored glass or crystal beads. The fittings are heavy brass. The necklace part of the rosary measures 27 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 6 inches. It weighs 32.9 grams. The Center Medals shows the image of Jesus with His Sacred Heart; the reverse shows His bleeding Heart with IHS inscribed above It. The Cross is very handsome and solid. The first Pater Bead is colored black, which looks very much like the blood red color of the other beads. There is a medal of Our Lady of Lourdes, with a reverse of the image of Our Lady. 58) 1800s ANTIQUE FRENCH WHITE GILT ROSARY WITH UNIQUE SPACERS AND CASE - This rosary is much nicer than the picture shows. It is very old. The beads are made of white material that seems to be glass, and one side of the faceted beads is lumiscent gold. The metal is gilt, with slight wear consistent with its age. Each bead measures approx. 4 by 5 mm; each spacer measures approx. 6mm. The necklace part measures 24 inches; the dangling part from the Center Medal to the tip of the Cross measures 6 1/4 inches. The Cross has intricate details not showing in the pictures. The Center Medal shows the image of Mary on one side and the image of Jesus on the other. The case is gold mesh measuring 2 1/4 by 3 inches. The case may not be as old as the rosary. The rosary and case make a lovely and rare set. $350 - On Hold for EH

 



 

59) RARE 1930S DECO BLUE CRYSTAL ROSARY - We have acquired some rare crystal rosaries with these unusal rectangular-shaped beads. This one is from the 1930s or Deco era. The stunning blue crystal or glass beads are somewhat rectangular, but with many sides, around 8. Each bead has nice double caps at both ends. Each bead measures approx. 8 mm and looks bigger because of the caps. The necklace part of the rosary measures 38 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 7 3/4 inches. The rosary weighs 61.2 grams. The blue beads are much nicer than the picture shows; they are a beautiful aquamarine color, with a lot of life and vibrancy. $350

 



60) BLUE-GREEN CRYSTAL OR GLASS ROSARY FROM ST. ANNE DE BEAUPRE - This is a new rosary from the shrine of Sainte Anne de Beauprea in Quebec, Canada. The color is beautiful with a lot of life and sparkle. Each bead measures approx. 8mm. The Cross measures 1 3/4 by 1 inch; the back is inscribed "Ste. Anne de Beaupre"; the Center Medal shows the image of St. Anne carrying the young Mary. (St. Anne is the grandmother of Jesus!) The reverse shows the image of the church The necklace part of the rosary measures 29 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 6 3/4 inches. The rosary weighs 36.6 grams. The Sanctuaire Sainte Anne in Quebec, Canada is the first pilgrimage site in Norther America. It is a site where many miracles have occurred through the intercession of this kind Grandmother of Jesus. $59.

 



 

62) RARE ELEPHANT IVORY AND STERLING SILVER ROSARY WITH ANGEL- This is a rare ivory rosary made from pre-ban elephant ivory beads and sterling silver. The ivory beads are very lovely; they have a pattern on them, like ridges - very lovely! The necklace part of the rosary measures approx. 36 inches; and the dangling part is 8 1/2 inches. The beads measure bead measure approx. 10mm. The rosary weighs a hefty 59.8grams. The Cross is very handsome as is the Center Medal which shows an angel. They are unmarked but are mde of sterling silver. This rosary is much nicer than the pictures show. Genuine elephant ivory rosaries are very hard to find such as this one with lovely ridged beads. $995

63) ANTIQUE FRENCH MOTHER OF PEARL ROSARY WITH MEDAL - We acquired this in France. This is an antique mother of pearl rosary made of oval beads. The Center Medal shows a lovely image of Mary, and the reverse shows a spray of flowers. The Crucifix has lovely details not showing in the pictures. The rosary has one medal attached showing Our Lady holding the Child Jesus on the one side and Jesus showing His Sacred Heart on the reverse. The necklace part of the rosary measures 26 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 5 3/4inches. The rosary weighs 17 grams. $175



64) UNIQUE BLACK AND CLEAR BEADED VINTAGE ROSARY - We believe this unusual rosary hails from the 1950s. It is made of clear glass beads, with a black middle part. The effect is very lovely! The necklace part of the rosary measures 28 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 7 inches. The rosary weighs 54.9 grams. The Cross measures 1 1/2 by 2 1/3 inches; it is inscribed in the back, "I am a Catholic in case of an accident please notify a priest." This is a lovely and rare vintage rosary. $199



65) CLASSIC BLACK WOOD ROSARY WITH ST. ANTHONY OF PADUA WITH LARGE OVAL BEADS- This rosary came from Padua, Italy, where St. Anthony of Padua has a basilica and is buried. St. Anthony of Padua is known for helping people find lost items. The necklace part of the rosary measures 30 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 7 inches. The Center Medal shows the image of St. Anthony of Padua carrying Baby Jesus; the back shows a spray of flowers. The oval beads are large. The rosary weighs 20.5 grams. This is a nice sturdy black wood rosary, great for daily use. $39



 

67) MAGNIFICENT RARE GENUINE PEARLS AND STERLING SILVER ROSARY - This long and beautiful rosary is handmade of genuine pearls and sterling cross and center medal. The center medal is Our Lady of Guadalupe. The wonderful Cross shows the Two Marys at the foot of Christ's Cross. There are skulls at the ends of the Cross. The necklace part measures 37 inches and the dangling portion is 10 inches long. It weighs a hefty 120.30 grams - there's a lot of sterling silver in this rosary! The exquisite Cross and Center Medal alone weigh quite a lot! The Cross measures an impressive 3 x 2 inches!! This is a lovely and rare item for the serious collector. You won't find another one like this! Sold to a repeat client, thank you!

 



69) VINTAGE CHAPLET MADE OF 33 RED BEADS - We cannot identify this chaplet. Perhaps it is the Chaplet of the Holy Face, or the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet? It has a total of 33 beads, there are 6 sets of 5 in the necklace part, plus 3 more beads in the dangling part with the Cross. The necklace part measures 11 inches, and the dangling part is 3 inches. The red beads seem to be made of some kind of resin. $9.99

70) CLASSIC BROWN WOOD ROSARY WITH ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI AND ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA- This rosary came from Italy, where Saints Catherine of Siena and Francis of Assisi are patron saints. The Center Medal shows the colored images of these two great saints. The necklace part of the rosary measures 27inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 6 inches. The oval beads are approx. 8mm large and each one has an interesting ridged pattern. The rosary weighs 20.5 grams. This is a nice sturdy brown wood rosary, great for daily use. The black wood rosary in #71 shows the image of St. Catherine, which is the reserve of the Center Medal of this rosary. $39



71) BLACK & WHITE ROSARY FROM JERUSALEM - We were told that this new rosary is made from volcanic beads, but I am not really sure what material its made of. The beads feel light and each bead is two-toned, looking like black over white, so the effect is gray in the middle with black in the ends of the beads. It is very interesting. Each bead measures approx. 8 mm. The necklace part of the rosary measures 31 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the Cross is 6 inches. The rosary weighs 25.8 grams. The Cross is also very interesting and picks up the black and white and gold colors of the rest of the rosary. This rosary is more handsome than the picture looks. $39



71aa) ANTIQUE 1750s FILIGREE ROSARY - "ROSENKRANZ"- This is a typical filigree rosary from Bavaria/Southern Germany. Called Rosenkranz, it was used from the 17th to 18th century. This is made of filigree silver work and the beads are faceted red glass beads, deep garnet in color. The red color is much nicer and richer in reality. The main filigree Cross has a ceramic image of the Crucified Christ, with a repair right across the thighs of Christ.. The back shows another cross-shaped ceramic. The main Cross measures 2 by 1 1/2 inches. There is a Credo Cross (to remind one to pray for Faith, Hope, and Charity), above the Main Cross, which measures 1 inch by 1 inch. The necklace part of the rosary measures 26 inches; the dangling part from the Center medal to the tip of the main Cross is 7 inches. Each bead measures approx. 8mm. The Pater Beads measure 10 mm and have very interesting filigree work. The ring used as a juncture is typical. The rosary weighs 53grams. This is a rare antique for the serious collector. $699
